Aspen, Mar 15 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Actor Charlie Sheen’s arraignment in the domestic violence case is scheduled for Monday afternoon. The domestic violence incident involving Charlie Sheen and his wife had happened on Christmas Eve, when he wanted her to come with him to his parent’s house and spend the festive season there.

Meanwhile he has also upgraded his defense team, as he has hired a Los Angeles based criminal defense lawyer – Steve Cochran now. Prior to this, Richard Cummins used to head Charlie Sheen’s defense team. But apparently the actor was not satisfied and thought that they needed a more high-powered attorney on this high profile case.

It may be recalled that Brooke Mueller and Charlie Sheen have had problems in their marriage since Christmas last year. They have been married for around a year now. Brooke gave birth to his twin boys, Max Sheen and Bob Sheen, in March 2009. Charlie Sheen had threatened Brooke with a knife in order to convince her to spend the festive season and the holidays with his family. He was also subsequently arrested on Christmas Day, on account of this.
