Charlie Sheen Hospitalized For Hiatal Hernia

Jan 28, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Charlie Sheen, the ace television actor, was hospitalized yesterday, after he succumbed to tremendous pain in his abdomen. Although the reason could not be initially figured out, later on it was reported that since long, the actor has been suffering from Hiatal Hernia, and that was the cause behind his hospitalization at the Cedars-Sinai Hospital.
According to the sources, the actor had a huge party in his residence the night before, which continued till the next morning. Apparently, excessive laughing in the party, worsened his condition. At about 7:00 a.m, the members in the house called at 911, and he was immediately taken to the hospital. Sources say that his poor health made him resort to a stretcher, while heading towards the ambulance, with his face covered with a towel. His friend Steve Brodersena said that the actor has told him, that he is not going to die. Denise Richards, Charlie Sheen’s ex-girl friend also arrived at the hospital to visit the actor. According to the sources, she was dressed very simply without any make up. Even her eyes were puffed that gave a hint that she has been crying for a long time, and was looking quite tired and fatigued.
Sources close to the actor has said that his condition is quite serious and he needs to undergo a surgery on Friday morning. No one is sure, about when the actor would be released from the hospital. CBS, and Warner Bros television, that produces “Two and A Half Men”, refused to comment anything about the show and its continuation. However, sources say that the rehearsals of the show would start from Tuesday, with or without the actor.
