sheen Aspen, May 30 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Actor Charlie Sheen has gotten a new date to appear in court over the domestic violence case. His wife had alleged that he was violent with her, and the case is dragging on and so are the settlement discussions between the both of them. The court hearing was scheduled for the 18th of June, but it has now been pre-poned to the 7th of June. Richard Cummins is Charlie Sheen’s attorney and he said that, the hearing was preponed “in contemplation of a final disposition being made that’s acceptable to the district attorney’s office.” There was no official comment from the Aspen prosecutor Arnold Mordkin on the topic.

It may be recalled that Brooke Mueller and Charlie Sheen have had problems in their marriage since Christmas last year. Brooke alleged that he was violent and after an argument with her, tried to threaten her with a knife in order to convince her to spend the festive season and the holidays with his family. However she pressed charges, and he was also arrested and now he is pleading not guilty to the menacing, criminal mischief and assault charges.

They have been married for around a year now. Brooke gave birth to his twin boys, Max Sheen and Bob Sheen, in March 2009.
