Nov 3, (THAINDIAN NEWS) “Spin City” actor Charlie Sheen has filed for divorce from his third wife Brooke Mueller. Just after a week of the tawdry hotel incident the actor filed for divorce in Los Angeles Superior Court where he asked for joined custody of their children Bob and Max. A gossip source has reported that Brooke Mueller felt humiliated when Charlie Sheen filed for divorce, however, some other sources also revealed that Brooke Mueller has also filed for divorce and asked for sole custody of their children and only physical custody for Charlie Sheen.

The representative of “Two And A Half Men” actor has declined to comment anything about the whole matter but it is reported that the legal papers indicate that Charlie Sheen would keep his Hollywood home in return of parting money which $757,689.70. At the same time Charlie Sheen would pay Brooke Mueller $55,000 per moth to support the children. Even the court papers state that Charlie Sheen would be able to keep his expensive wrist watch collection. Brooke Mueller’s court documents reportedly reads that “under no circumstances”, Charlie Sheen should pay less child support to her children than his second wife, Denise Richards’ kids.

A source close to Brooke Mueller told a gossip portal that though she also filed for divorce but initially she felt utterly betrayed by Charlie Sheen. The reason the source gave was that the couple previously agreed to wait for one year before filing for divorce and Brooke Mueller opted for the agreement as she did not want to cause any trouble for Charlie Sheen. The actor and his third wife Brooke Mueller agreed to stay separately after Charlie Sheen allegedly attacked her on last Christmas Day. However, in the court documents Charlie Sheen gave the reason for divorce as “irreconcilable differences”.
