Los Angeles, 15 Aug (THAINDIAN NEWS) Troubled actor Charlie Sheen received mixed reaction during the Detroit Music Festival. The three-day event which is dubbed Gathering of the Juggalos took place on the weekend. The 45-year-old was the host of the show on Saturday and during the show, he was both cheered and booed. Two videos of the incident have been posted on the Internet. Emotions got to fever-pitch high when objects were thrown at the actor from the audience while he was on the stage.

In a video which was posted by TMZ, the audience could be heard cheering the actor on stage and at a point, they chanted his name. This actually was in sharp contrast to the video which was uploaded by BuzzFeed.com. In the video, the audience booed at the actor and started throwing things at him on the stage.

Sheen at the beginning of the year lost his high paying job at “Two and a Half Men.” After being sacked from the show, Sheen launched out to tell his side of the events with a tour dubbed “My Violent Torpedo of Truth/Defeat Is Not an Option.”

CBS has since announced a replacement for Sheen on Two and a Half Men and announced that the show will return next season.
