Aspen, Jan 1 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller are planning to divorce soon. According to an insider, ‘Both Sheen and Mueller are reportedly “miserable” in their 1-year marriage.’ They have been married for around a year. Brooke gave birth to his twin boys, Max Sheen and Bob Sheen, in March 2009. And after been married for barely a year, they are planning to end their marriage. However the divorce tales comes as no surprise after Charlie Sheen threatened Brooke with a knife in order to convince her to spend the festive season and the holidays with his family. He was also arrested on Christmas Day, on account of this.

Brooke Mueller told Aspen, Colo., police that her husband, actor Charlie Sheen, held her at knifepoint and threatened her, an affidavit released Monday said. Prior to this Brooke had called 911 and said he assaulted and threatened her and then subsequently Charlie Sheen was arrested on Friday. However he was out on bail later in the day. The prosecutors said that they would announce whether they would file charges against the star at his next court date Feb. 8. TMZ has reported Mueller was legally drunk when she made the 911 call and has recanted parts of her story to police.

Sheen told police he and his wife, who had been having marital problems, argued Friday when she grew jealous after he “shared a song for his daughter whom he fathered with another woman,” then threatened to divorce him and take their children, the affidavit said. Sheen also admitted that both he and his wife became violent and hit each other too.
