Dec. 27, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The popular face of some television sitcoms, Charlie Sheen is facing a tough time with his third marriage. The actor was arrested in the Christmas morning for domestic violence charges and now it has been reported that he has been restrained from maintaining any kind of personal contact with his wife. He would have to take the assistance of his attorney if he wants to contact his wife.

Though the authorities initially did not disclose the name of the victim, later it has been reported that his third wife, Brooke Mueller, has called 911 and filed a case of domestic assault against him. The couple has been separated after this incident and would not get united before the case resolves. However, they do not have any plan to get divorced. Therefore, people who were speculating that the domestic dispute would end the third marriage of the actor, need not worry so soon.

Mark Burg, the manager of Charlie Sheen stated that the couple does not intend to split up and want to undergo counseling session so that they can avoid such cases in future. They are quite disappointed about the incident and want to avoid such events in future.

It has been stated by the sources that the couple had started an argument on the Christmas eve, when they were at a friend’s place for a dinner party. The argument continued till the morning and took a violent turn, which made Brooke Mueller seek help. Sources also reported that the couple were under the influence of alcohol and so could not control themselves.
