Perez Hilton Toronto, Nov 18 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Assault charge against the Black Eyed Peas manager Liborio Molina has been dropped.

Black Eyed Peas manager Liborio Molina had allegedly blasted and physically assaulted gossip blogger Perez Hilton. This attack had happened outside a Toronto nightclub in 2008, after the MuchMusic Video Awards.

Perez Hilton had also filed a $25,000 civil suit against Liborio Molina, which reveals that the Black Eyed Peas manager was quiet upset with Perez Hilton’s critical comments about the Black Eyed Peas’s new album called ‘The E.N.D’.

Both the sides reached a mutual agreement and as a part of that, Manager Molina has to tender an apology letter to Perez Hilton. And he also should not contact Perez by any means apart from his lawyer. Besides this, he can’t go within 100 metres of the Toronto nightclub where the alleged dispute took place and he must also donate $500 to charity.
