May 14, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Adityababu, Roma and Biyanka Desai are playing the lead in “Chalaki’ directed by K Madesh and it is being produced by Adityababu on the banner Aditya Arts. Earlier Adityababu had produced two films like “Jagadam’ and “Arya-2′. However, for the first time, he faced the camera as hero for “Chalaki’. Speaking to the media, Adityababu says, “I played the role of Subba Rao, an active youth. Subba Rao joins a women’s college due to some unforeseen circumstances. It has to be seen, how a male survived amidst over 3,000 girls studying in the college. Whether they teased Subba Rao or Subba Rao himself enjoyed their presence had to be seen on the screen.
Madesh moulded the story excellently on the celluloid. Very recently we released the audio through Aditya Music and got a good response. We are making efforts to release the film on May 20.’ Biyanka Desai says, “This is my second film after “Coffee Bar’ directed by Gitakrishna and I am playing the role of an NRI student in this film.’ Vennela Kishore says “I played the role of a hyper-active comedian in this flick.’ Cinematography is by Balamurugan, while editing is by Marthand K Venkatesh.
