Oct 25, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The ever charismatic singer Celine Dion and her husband Rene Angelil are presently enjoying the bliss of parenthood these days. Celine Dion gave birth to healthy twin baby boys last Saturday at St. Mary’s Medical Centre in West Palm Beach, Florida, her representative confirmed. “My Love: Essential Collection” singer was admitted to the hospital one week before to prevent the early delivery of her babies.

The representative of Celine Dion said that the songstress gave birth to twins at around 11 a.m. However, the new born babies will spend rest have to spend some days in an incubator as the newborns arrived prematurely at 33 weeks. The doctors said that the tiny tots are doing well in the hospital. Celine Dion and her husband has not yet decided the name of their newborns, the representative said. Last Saturday, her representative announced that Celine Dion is presently resting and she plans to discuss the name of her children later. The representative also said that her husband Rene Angelil and his 9 year old son Rene Charles have visited the hospital to welcome their new member in the family.

The whole family seems to be “excited” to welcome the newest member of their family and more so because the “I’m Alive” singer even suffered loss of pregnancy last year. This was her sixth in-vitro fertilization (IVF) which gave her a chance to become mother again. The babies were born via caesarean section. The proud father of the twins, Rene Angelil expressed his excitement in the press conference few hours after the birth of his babies by saying that it was a “great” feeling when he cut the “umbilical” cord of his twins.
