CBS Series “Undercover Boss” Features Frontier Airlines CEO

fronOct 18, (THAINDIAN NEWS) CBS reality series “Undercover Boss’ was at its best when it returned last night with a brand new episode to entertain its viewers to the fullest. The latest episode of the reality show that was aired last night on CBS featured Bryan Bedford, the CEO of Frontier Airlines and just like every other segment of the program even Sunday night’s episode ensured that it turns out to be a highly entertaining experience for its regular viewers.

Bryan Bedford made his reality television debut with the CBS series in which he went undercover as a flight attendant in one of the jets operated by his company. This was surely an experience that the Frontier Airlines CEO would remember for the rest of his life as for a day, he got the opportunity to get into the shoes of his employees as he assumed the responsibilities of a flight attendant. Apart from working as an attendant, Bryan Bedford went on to clean planes, empty waste products and serving as a customer service agent while playing a role in the late departure of the flight. Over the course of his stint on the reality show, the Frontier Airlines CEO gets revealing insights into how his employees work at the grass root level while also coming to terms with the troubles that his workers have to face with pay cuts.

While talking to reporters about his experience on “Undercover Boss,” Bryan Bedford said that the CBS reality series gave him the unique platform to meet in person around 6,000 employees who were included in the company after the merger of Frontier, Midwest Airlines and Republic.
