bossNov 1, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Just like all the previous episodes of the CBS reality series “Undercover Boss,” even the latest segment of the show which featured Chiquita Brands International CEO Fernando Aguirre turned out to be a highly enjoyable experience for the regular viewers of the program. The ardent followers of the show could not have asked for a higher entertainment quotient when Fernando Aguirre went undercover in his own firm to get the first-hand experience about the kind of work that his employees have to take care of everyday.

It was surely not a very smooth ride for the CEO of Chiquita Brands International as during his disguise as Manuel, the head honcho had to indeed go through a difficult time while attempting to carry out the responsibilities of an entry-level worker in his company. As the episode gradually unfolds, Fernando Aguirre is seen working at a distribution center of the firm in Boston where a distribution manager teaches ‘Manuel’ the exact way of loading banana boxes on pallets. As he attempts to do as instructed, the undercover boss has to encounter immense trouble while handling the forklift and eventually ends up breaking a pallet.

While talking about his experience of being part of the CBS reality series, Fernando Aguirre later revealed that one of the most difficult parts of the show was the fact that he had to be completely disconnected from his daily life. The Chiquita Brands International CEO also went on to say that the “Undercover Boss” stint gave him the opportunity to know more about his company and the actual way in which it works.
