London, Jun 13 (ANI): Welsh actress Catherine Zeta-Jones paid tribute to her husband Michael Douglas by reprising her role as Velma Kelly in ‘Chicago’, after he received the annual AFI Lifetime Achievement Award.
Douglas, 64, who has starred in films like One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest, Fatal Attraction and Wall Street, received his lifetime achievement award from actor Jack Nicholson, reports the Sun.
After he had received the award, Zeta-Jones, 39, took to the stage and performed the dance in a little flapper dress, as her husband, who is 25-years her senior looked on proudly.
Douglas’ dad, his stepmom Anne, and a host of other celebrities, including Kathleen Turner, Warren Beatty, Annette Bening, Martin Sheen, Tobey Maguire and Benicio Del Toro, attended the event. (ANI)
