New York, April 26 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Carrie Underwood’s show of support to her husband during the recent game between Nashville Predators and the Anaheim Ducks failed to yield results. The singer performed with Vince Gill during the Stanley Cup playoff game.

The performance failed to ignite the Predators as they ended up losing 3-6 to the Ducks. That has brought their season to the end. That is not good news for Underwood’s husband Mike Fisher. Fisher recently moved to the Predators from the Ottawa Senators.

Underwood performed at the intermission 1 during the game. Video of the performance has been uploaded on the Internet. The game took place last Wednesday and it was Game 4 of the Western Conference Semifinal series.

The singer sung “Cowboy Casanova” at the night. The singer is fast establishing herself as one of the best country singers in her generation. During a recent performance on the CBS show “Girls Night Out” Special, Underwood got standing ovation from the audience after singing ‘How Great Thou Art.’ A video that was posted on the Internet clearly shows some of the audience brought close to tears as the singer performed the song.
