July 5, 2010 (Pen Men at Work): Ex-Miss California has married Kyle Boller, the quarterback for Oakland Raiders. They got married last Friday without much ado, in a private ceremony. Reportedly most of the attendees were the friends as well as the well-wishers of the newly wed couple. This has been reported by the San Diego Union Tribune. The ceremony although private, was lavish. The couple exchanged vows inside the famous Grand Del Mar Hotel in California. It was beautiful according to one attendee. The couple also had cocktails on the lawn just after they got hitched and both seemed very happy.

Carrie was dressed in a fabulous gown that was made in a mermaid style and his beau was in the traditional black Tuxedo. She was the cynosure of the whole gathering as she walked down the aisle. The couple left behind half a dozen bridesmaids in a spanking new white Rolls Royce Phantom.

Thee two were engaged in the month of February this year and have been together since the month of July last year. Boller is 29 and Prejean is 23.

She once came under flak for commenting against gay marriages. She strictly speaks her mind and believes that a marriage takes place between a man and a woman. She made such controversial comments during the Miss USA pageant and had raised several eyebrows.

She was later dethroned and was forced to surrender her title after the officials of Miss USA made accusations of her missing out on events; she however denied all these allegations vehemently.
