Nov.11, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Former Miss California Carrie Prejean, who somehow always manages to spark controversy, has hit headlines once again as she reportedly has said indulging in the much publicized sex video was the worst mistake of her life.

In a recent interview, the beauty queen has confirmed that she was part of a sex tape as a teenager, which she had shot for her long distance boyfriend. However, the model also defended herself by saying that the video was a personal affair and she had no clue that it would get publicized to haunt her back after so many years. Carrie also admitted that indulging in the erotic video was surely a bad decision and her experience could be taken as a lesson by other teenagers, as nothing can be considered to be private these days. The beauty queen also doubted whether the video could actually be called a sex tape, as she appears alone in it.

Carrie is a well known model, who grabbed the title of Miss California 2009. However, the beauty queen was dethroned from the title later [in the month of June], as the contest organizers accused her of breach of contract and alleged that she was unable to fulfill her duties properly. Carrie denied all the charges levied against her and emphasized that her contract was terminated due to her religious beliefs. In response, Carrie has filed a law suit against the organizers. However, reportedly after the sex tapes emerged, Carrie reached a settlement with the organizers- who paid her around $100,000. The model had also sparked controversy earlier [during the pageant] when she expressed her opposition to same sex marriages, which had attracted nationwide attention.
