Carrie Ann Inaba gets proposed on air
April 1st, 2011 - 12:40 am ICT by Aishwarya BhattLos Angeles, Mar 31 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Dancing with the Stars judge Carrie Ann Inaba was shocked on live television today when her boyfriend of two years popped the most emotional question to her on Thursday.
Jesse Sloan completely shocked Carrie during her co-hosting stint on the show “Live With Regis and Kelly.” The question was popped in the middle of the show. It does not happen often so the question also caught most of the people on the show off guard.
When Sloan proposed during the show, Regis Philbin was blown away and she said “Whoa”. Jake Gyllenhaal who was the guest on the show decided to hold whatever he had back but the most important reaction came from Carrie herself.
She barely recovered from the shock before she said “yes.”
The timing of the whole thing was just good. Carrie had just denied rumors that she was engaged. At the beginning of the show, she told Regis that reports that she was engaged was not true. She even went ahead to show her fingers to the cameras but her finger was not the same after the show.
A tearful Carrie after saying yes to Sloan’s proposal told him, “I will marry you… You tricked me!”
