Caroline Manzo of ‘Real Housewives’ Loses 20 Pounds!

hosur June 25 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Caroline Manzo, one of the Real Housewives of New Jersey has proven to the world that it is possible to lose weight while enjoying delicious Italian food. The star if the hit reality television show made an appearance at the premiere for “Grown Ups” and flaunted her new look in a pair of skinny jeans which showed off her 20 pound weight loss beautifully.

According to her revelation to People magazine, Caroline Manzo’s “big secret” for how ot lose weight was to eat less and enjoy lighter foods as the day progressed. “I eat what I want. I just eat the bad things earlier on in the day . . . If I want pasta, I have it for lunch instead of for dinner. That’s all. If I want a piece of cheesecake, I have half instead of a whole.”

Seems like a simple way to diet, since one of the leading cause of failures in losing weight is cravings. Manzo’s method, which could be called, “the old fashioned way” is just to eat less of everything, but she still gets to eat anything she wants.

Aside from eating less, Manzo has also been exercising, which is very important in any weight loss endeavor. She works out on a treadmill for at least 45 minutes, three different times a week. She was 49 years old when she decided that it was time to make a few changes in her life to fend off potential health problems.
