Carlos Leon is grateful to Madonna for Lourdes

Carlos Leon and Madonna were together during the mid 90’s. Their romantic life was amongst the hottest news at that time. The two however split shortly after the birth of their daughter, Lourdes in 1997.
During an interview with People, Carlos said that he got the ‘best thing’ out of the relationship that he had with Madonna. As a result he said he doesn’t regret having the relationship with Madonna.
Carlos however admitted that he has some challenges when it comes to disciplining his daughter. He told the magazine that, “I’m a lenient dad. I’m very empathetic, and I’m good at listening to my daughter … I’m probably a bad dad when it comes to disciplining her.”
Lourdes is 14 years now and that is the fear of her father. He said that he is dreading the day that Lourdes would legally be able to go out on a date. According to Carlos he wants Lourdes to remain the little girl that she has always been while staying with him.
