When it comes to releasing the films, many filmmakers and producers have struggled a lot for the mere accomplishments. Seemingly, the makers of “Yathumaagi’ too have likely gone through speculative phase of releasing the film.

Produced by Sakthi Sangavi and Mohana Sangavi under the banner of Chozha Creations, the film is directed by R. Bala Kumar. “Yathumaagi’ is said to be a breezy romantic entertainer with lots of fun, frolic and love. The film features newcomer Sachin and actress Sunaina in lead roles with James Vasanthan scoring music.

The film’s shooting was completed nearly before a year had remained under cans for unknown reasons. Much specifically, the unavailability of theatres had its impact over keep the film away from release. Now, the producers are so confident feeling that films with good qualities are always welcomed by audiences in Tamil Nadu.

Almost all the songs tuned by James Vasanthan have topped the charts of audio market, which indeed haps to be an added value for the film’s successful result.

The film will hit screens this weekend on March 12 along with Namitha’s “Azhagana Ponnudhaan’ and Nanda Periyasamy’s “Maathiyosi’.
