Campbell to receive charity honour

London, Sep 16 (IANS) Supermodel Naomi Campbell will be honoured for her charitable works.
Campbell, who has raised more than $7 mn for charitable causes, will be awarded at the Angel Ball in New York Oct 17.
“She really is amazing woman and she does a lot for charity. She has her own charity. She raised a lot of money this summer for Haiti and for AIDS relief,” femalefirst.co.uk quoted Denise Rich - who founded the charity-as saying.
Angel Ball is an event organised by the Angel Foundation, which seeks to raise awareness of cancer research.
