Los Angeles, Jan 3, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The anti-evolution movie, “Darwin’s Dilemma: The Mystery Of The Cambrian Fossil Record’ has made the California Science Center face legal problems. As per the reports, the institute has been sued for not allowing to screen the movie in the Imax Theater of the museum on October, 25, 2009. It has come to the news that the American Freedom Alliance, which booked the theater for the movie, has filed the case alleging that the center canceled the screening of the movie as they bowed down under the pressure of some professors and Smithsonian Institute. In the lawsuit, they have also mentioned that the center had not only violated the terms of the contract for renting the museum but also violated the 1st Amendment of the Constitution by doing this act.
The reports of the AFA lawsuit also indicate that the group has claimed compensation for the financial loss that they had to bear for the non-cooperation of the authorities. To avoid any such situation in future, they have also appealed for a court declaration that would allow them to use the facilities of the California Science Center for events in the coming days.
According to the reports, the California Science Center did not allow to screen the movie supporting intelligent design, after a press release that promoted the event had mistakenly related it to Smithsonian Institute. The California Science Center will now have to defend themselves against the claims of the AFA. None of the authorized spokesperson of the center has made any statement to the media after the case has been filed against them and so it is unclear how they have planned to defend themselves.

A science center should not have to show an anti-science movie, and nothing could be more anti-science than a movie made by the pathological liars who work for the Christian Discovery Institute.

Evolution is a THEORY it is and never will be a proven, reproducible fact, and therefore, can not under any circumstances be called science. A theory is a theory. Evolution is an Anti-God religion. It takes faith to believe evolution. It takes faith to believe in Creation. I am not an animal. never have been an animal and never will be.
