Cage sued for $13 million by ex-lover
December 10th, 2009 - 1:32 pm ICT by IANS ( Leave a comment )London, Dec 10 (IANS) Hollywood star Nicolas Cage has been sued for $13 million by his ex-partner who has accused him of fraud and breach of contract.
Christina Fulton, mother of Cage’s 18-year-old son Weston, claims she has a $1 million tax debt due to Cage’s financial mismanagement and also blames him for the foreclosure of the house, reported thesun.co.uk.
Fulton, 42, was under the impression that the Los Angeles home where she lived with her son was under her name until Cage allegedly served her an eviction notice in September.
She filed the law suit Tuesday. Apart from Cage, she has also sued his acccountant.
The actor’s spokesperson called the lawsuit ridiculous and said Cage had paid Fulton millions every year.
