Los Angeles, Apr 8, (THAINDIAN NEWS) It seems that with every passing week the ABC’s star studded reality show “Dancing with the Stars”is becoming more and more serious about dancing. Buzz Aldrin and Ashly Costa got eliminated from the show on April 6 after the consistent poor performance. Though 80-year-oldBuzz Aldrin is a former astronaut and had helped Neil Armstrong to step on the moon,it seemed that dancing on the floor in front of camera seemed a much trickier job to him. From the very first round of dancing, the couple had not been able to impress the judges and had remained in the bottom line. After last week’s elimination it was quite clear to many that the next turn would be ofBuzz Aldrin.

Buzz Aldrin and Ashly Costa onMonday tried to impress the judges with the waltz but their attempt failed poorly and the couple could only manage to get 13 points out of 30. On Tuesdayhowever, after the host announced that the couple to leave the show isBuzz Aldrin and Ashly Costa, the latter went on to say that she is proud of her partner. There is no doubt that the octogenarian had put forward a brave attempt by participating in the show.

Buzz Aldrin on Tuesday, after the elimination said that he had never imagined in his life that he would ever dance in a reality show. He also added that he had participated in the show with and intention of inspiring people to know more about space science and to honor old people like him. Buzz Aldrin said that old people like him would have loved to see him dance every week in front of the camera.
