New York, Feb 10 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Model Brooklyn Decker has divulged that her mother actually cried when she saw that her daughter was on the cover of the Sports Illustrated. The wife of Andy Roddick – Brooklyn Decker, graced the cover of the prestigious Sports Illustrated in a sizzling yellow Delfina bikini. The famous sports photographer Walter Looss shot the cover in Maldives. The photographs are said to be inspired by the 80’s and the 90’s covers of the Sports Illustrated, which used to feature Elle Macpherson and Rachel Hunter.

Brooklyn’s family is very proud of her, as she landed a cover of the prestigious magazine, after wanting it so badly for years. She has also posed for the magazine for over 5 years now. “We’re all on pins and needles before the issue comes out, because the cover is something all the girls want so badly. So it’s nice for my family because they don’t have to stress about it anymore,” she said. She also said that it is quite shocking for her, and her dream came true. Brooklyn Decker was unveiled as the cover girl on the “The Late Show With David Letterman.” She said that it was a first of sorts, for her to be on such a huge talk show. She said that she had done news shows in the past, but she never had been on a big talk show.
