Sep 9 (THAINDIAN NEWS) The website for Britney Spears has a statement posted, finally giving a response to the lawsuit which was filed against the pop star by her former bodyguard, Fernando Flores, in which he accuses Spears of very lewd behavior towards him, and mistreating her children.

According to documents which ‘TMZ” has obtained, Flores stated that Spears “made repeated unwanted sexual advances” toward him, and exposed herself to the bodyguard on numerous occasions.

Britney also stands accused of bending over in front of Flores, with no undergarments on in a see-through dress, calling him to her room, where she stood naked, asking for two bottles of “Seven-Up”. He also claims that Spears performed several sexual acts in front of him, and “loudly had sexual relations” in a hotel suite with her kids in the room.

In regards to the treatment of her kids, Fernando also claims that Spears fed both of them crab meat, even though they are allergic, and “savagely hit the small child [Preston” using the belt which belonged to Fernando.

Fernando claims to have notified the LA Count Department of Children and Family Services, but that the investigation showed no reason for further action.

Britney’s camp responded with this statement on her website, “This lawsuit is another unfortunate situation where someone is trying to take advantage of the Spears family and make a name for himself.” It goes on to explain that the case with the Dep of Children and Family services was dropped.
