Los Angeles, Dec. 24, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Actress Brittany Murphy who passed away on Sunday, has left all her property to her mother Sharon Murphy, sources claim. Since the 32 year old actress’ unexpected death last weekend, it was being widely speculated that who would end up inheriting her property. Although, the obvious choice was expected to be her director and screenwriter husband Simon Monjack, the recent revelation points otherwise.

At the same time, it has also come to light that the actress left all her assets to her mother in a will, that was prepared much before she tied the knot with her director husband. However, no information is available about whether the ‘Clueless’ star actually bothered to change the will post her marriage. Meanwhile, if the reports that have surfaced turn out to be true, than it is likely that her husband Simon Monjack, who is said to be devastated following the sudden death of his wife, would not gain even a penny. According to sources, chances are high that Simon Monjack would supposedly have to leave the mansion that he shared with his wife, if his name is not mentioned in the will.

Brittany Murphy died supposedly after suffering from a heart attack. She was found collapsed in the bathroom of her Hollywood home by her mother and was taken to a hospital, where she was declared brought dead. Although, any chances of foul play have been ruled out by authorities, the actual reason of her death can be comprehended only after the toxicology reports emerge. The much acclaimed actress would be laid to rest on Thursday at Forest Lawn Memorial Park located in Hollywood Hills, in a private ceremony.
