Dec. 23, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The young actress Brittany Murphy’s death has given rise to several questions. Apart from the speculations related to her cause of death, there are several queries regarding who will be the heir of Brittany Murphy’s wealth. Many anticipated that the property of the actress would be distributed among her mother and husband. However, the recent reports that have surfaced indicates that Sharon Murphy, the mother of Brittany Murphy will be the owner of the estates her daughter has left behind after her untimely death.

It has come to the news that Brittany Murphy has executed a will in which she named her mother as the owner of all her estates. Therefore, Simon Monjack would not have any legal right on his wife’s fortune. Though the reports have surfaced that her husband would be deprived from her property, it does not imply that the actress did not share good bonding with her husband. According to the reports, the actress had made her will before she was married to the British screenwriter Simon Monjack and so it was not possible to mention his name.

Reportedly, Brittany Murphy had created a trust before her marriage and did not enter Simon Monjack’s name on the list of trustees. However, there are chances that after marriage, the actress has added the name of her husband in the list of trustees. If the actress has included her husband’s name after marriage then he would enjoy legal rights of owning Brittany Murphy’s home, which is held by trust. Simon Monjack, who is saddened by the death of the actress, has not made any comment on this.
