Nov 13, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Former Playboy model Brittany Binger has reasons to be angry as a St. Cloud State University student has stolen some racy photos of her sports-star boyfriend from her laptop. Baseball star Grady Sizemore, who is also the boyfriend of the curvy model, had some of his private photos leaked by Leah Ayers. Brittany Binger said that the photos could not have come from anywhere except her own email id or the phone from which they were sent. She contacted the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department which investigated the matter and found that the model’s email account had been illegally accessed 4 times in the month of August, 2009. The investigators served a warrant on Yahoo and Frontier Communications to find out the IP address of the perpetrator and soon the authorities were led to the house of Leah Ayers’ parents in Apple Valley Minnesota.

The authorities had also contacted Leah Ayers and asked her to carry her laptop along with her. The college student said that it was sent for repair as there was a problem with the fan. Later investigations revealed that it was not the fan but her hard drive that she wanted formatted to remove all the data stored in it. Forensic investigation of the hard drive revealed that the laptop had in fact been used to access Brittany Binger’s email account as well as other social networking accounts. The investigations also revealed that the racy photos of Grady Sizemore were present in the same hard drive.

Leah Ayers was charged this week on two counts (unauthorized computer access, a gross misdemeanor). She is scheduled to appear in court on November 29.
