Washington, Dec 5 (ANI): Britney Spears and Kevin Federline divorce case judge Scott Gordon has released 300 pages of documents with one saying that officials at Los Angeles’ Department of Children and Family Services have concerns about the welfare of the pop stars young sons as they are not sure about her parenting skills.

According to one of the documents, the department is concerned about the safety and welfare of the pop stars kids if they are left under her supervision.

“Based on its investigation to date, it should be noted that DCFS (Department of Children and Family Services) has concerns of its own regarding the safety and welfare of the children if the children are left in the mother’s care,” TMZ.com quoted, as the document was being read.

The release of the legal papers comes after Spears’ legal team asked the judge to keep the custody and visitation schedules private, arguing that the singer needs confidentiality “in order to minimize the chance that unscrupulous journalists will gain unwelcome access” to her and the kids.

Another document has confirmed that the department has multiple “child abuse and neglect referrals” regarding the pop star and K-Fed. Most of these allegations are reportedly considered random and frivolous.
The department told the court that until their investigation is complete, they “request that the father maintain custody, that the mother’s visitation remain monitored, and that the mother continue to drug test, attend counselling and parenting classes, and that the mother undergo and evaluation.
