Britney’s Oz gigs tickets on eBay reports ‘fabricated’

Melbourne, November 14 (ANI): The promoter of Britney Spears’ Circus tour has slammed reports claiming that fans were auctioning their concert tickets online after being disappointed with the star’s lip-synching performance in Australia.
Paul Dainty said reports of disgruntled fans turning to eBay were bogus, adding the tickets being offered on the online auction site was the work of profiteers.
“The truth is these are the grubs that buy tickets on every show and try and make a fortune on eBay and now they are stuck with them,” the Couriermail quoted Dainty as telling Confidential.
“They’re not interested in the artist. They’re just profiteers. They buy tickets for 200 dollars and think they that when the concerts sell-out they will offload them for 500 dollars.
“It makes me so angry when I read stories like this that are just a complete fabrication,” he added. (ANI)
