Melbourne, Aug 04 (ANI): American singer Britney Spears’ new album will release in a few weeks, record producer Rodney ‘Darkchild’ Jerkins revealed.
Rodney has reportedly been working with Britney on a new album since March 2010. Rodney gave a strong indication in an interview on UStream that Britney’s new record is almost completed.
“Britney fans are gonna be so happy in a few weeks,” Rodney said.
Britney’s record label Jive announced she was working on a follow-up to her 2008 album Circus earlier in 2010, but refused to give a potential release date, reports The Sydney Morning Herald.
The untitled record will be Britney’s seventh studio album, and is rumoured to include a number of collaborations. Producers Danja and Predator Dub Assassins are also thought to have worked on some of the tracks. (ANI)
