Washington, January 31 (ANI): Britney Spears father Jamie has obtained new restraining orders against her ex-manager Sam Lutfi, former paparazzo-beau Adnan Ghalib and an attorney, alleging harassment on their behalf against the singer, a court has heard.

Both Lutfi and Ghalib had been previously slapped with restraining orders, which prohibited them from contacting the pop princess or coming within 250 yards of her, her property or family members, according to the L.A. Superior Court papers.

Jamie and lawyer Andrew Wallet, who also got a restraining order against lawyer Jon Eardley, were named permanent conservators in last October to look after Britneys affairs following her two forced hospitalisations in early 2008.

And as per the court papers filed by the duo, the three men “are now working in concert to disrupt the conservatorship with utter disregard for Ms. Spears’’s health and well being.”

Jamie claimed that his daughters her cell phone records show “numerous telephone conversations” and text messages with her Lutfi and Ghalib.

“[Britney] innocently informs [Ghalib] of her destinations and that he then arranges for paparazzi to meet and film her to his financial benefit. “[He] is harmful to Ms. Spears and to her recovery,” People magazine quoted him as saying.

He further alleged that Lutfi tried to get in touch with his daughter on December 27 and 28, 2008, through her hairdresser, saying, “I”ve done everything I can to free her from this. Very close to getting her free now.” (ANI)
