Los Angeles, Mar 31 (THAINDIAN NEWS) A company that claims that it facilitated the deal between Britney Spears and Elizabeth Arden is suing the singer for pulling a fast one on them. Brand Sense Partners LLC claims that Britney and her reps secretly entered into a direct deal with Arden.

Brand Sense is claiming that the action of Britney and her reps was meant to dupe the company of the profits that would be realized from the deal. The court papers claimed that Brand Sense and Britney entered into a deal in 2003 for the company to look for possible licensing opportunities.

According to the suit, shortly after the contract was signed, Britney had the deal from Elizabeth Arden in 2004. When the deal between Britney and Brand Sense was modified in 2005 to raise the commission of Brand Sense to 35 percent, Britney allegedly contacted Elizabeth Arden secretly to direct all payments directly to her.

Black Sense revealed that when they realized what was going on, they confronted Britney’s father, Jamie, and he acknowledged that they had entered into a secret deal with Elizabeth Arden.

Brand Sense is claiming that it has lost at least $10 million in revenue as a result of the breach.
