Sep 9, (THAINDIAN NEWS) On Wednesday, Fernando Flores, a former bodyguard of Britney Spears filed a lawsuit against the singer and the security firm that employed him at Los Angeles Superior Court. The lawsuit has brought charges of intentional infliction of emotional distress and sexual harassment against Britney Spears. While the singer and her publicist did not comment on the allegations, an attorney for Kevin Federline has called some of the charges brought against Britney Spears, regarding her behavior with her children, as “baseless” and motivated by money.
Fernando Flores has mentioned in his lawsuit that Britney Spears repeatedly moved around the house naked disregarding his presence. She also bit her children with his belt and quarreled with her boyfriend in front of them according to the lawsuit. Fernando Flores had maintained that her violent quarrels with her partner in his and her children’s presence has caused him emotional distress. Apart from these, Fernando Flores has also voiced that Britney Spears used to have sex with her partner in his presence and had also made many unwanted sexual advances towards him. She allegedly used to call the bodyguard to her room even when nude.
However, Britney Spears is not the only person against whom Fernando Flores has filed lawsuits. He also accuses the employers of his security firm of ignoring and mocking his complaints against Britney Spears. On Wednesday, Mark Vincent Kaplan, attorney for Kevin Federline, although did not comment on the charges of sexual harassment maintained the allegations of child abuse brought against Britney Spears are baseless. He held that his client is satisfied that the charges are “a product of economic motives”.
