New York, Apr 7 (ANI): Britney Spears gushed about her new boyfriend Jason Trawick in a recent interview.

“I’ve never been happier,” the New York Daily News quoted the singer as telling Us Weekly.

In addition to the joy she gets from mothering sons Sean, 5, and Jayden, 4, Spears is more than content in her relationship with Trawick.

“We have such a great time together,” Spears said of her beau, an agent at WME who she has dated for the last two years.

“He makes me laugh,” the 29-year-old added, “and we are so comfortable being ourselves.”

But after failed marriages to Kevin Federline, the father of her sons, and childhood pal Jason Alexander (for just 55 hours), Spears isn’t sure whether she and the 39-year-old Trawick will tie the knot.

“Maybe,” she told the magazine. “Never say never!”

A source close to the star, however, was much more hopeful, revealing that “[marriage] is what they talk about and the direction they’re going in.”

Trawick, said the source, is someone Spears can “be her true self with.” (ANI)
