Washington, Jan 23 (ANI): It appears pop princess Britney Spears’ recent conservatorship hearing in an LA courtroom was about a dress she wore to the 2008 MTV Music Awards, which she wants to auction off for Haiti relief.
Spears’ attorney, Sam Ingham, had requested the court be sealed to the public on January 22 during the hearing.
And along with the decision for her dad Jamie to still remain in charge of her financial and legal affairs, the judge granted the request for the dress to be sold.
“Britney is very enthusiastic about making a donation to the cause,” Radar Online quoted the 28-year-old singer’s attorney as saying.
There was also a request to be able to dispose of items no longer useful to Spears or her estate, which Ingham said his client has, “no objections” to. (ANI)
