Peshawar, Apr 20 (ANI): British Foreign Secretary David Miliband arrived here on Sunday to hold talks on increasing cooperation in fighting terrorism.
Miliband, who is on a two-day visit to Pakistan, travelled to Peshawar for talks with senior government officials.
He will also meet Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani and President Pervez Musharraf, said the spokesman for the British High Commission.
Miliband would also talk about ways to reform democratic institutions, especially the Election Commission of Pakistan, the sources said.
He will also meet Awami National Party (ANP) leader Asfandyar Wali Khan and NWFP Chief Minister Ameer Haider Khan Hoti. He would also visit the Federally Administered Tribal Areas Secretariat, the Dawn reported. (ANI)
