Britain’s Got Talent judge Piers Morgan weds Celia Walden
June 25th, 2010 - 9:58 pm ICT by Aishwarya BhattOxfordshire, Jun 25 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Britain’s Got Talent judge Piers Morgan has gotten married to Celia Walden. It is being reported that the couple got married Oxfordshire village Swinbrook, and then later had a reception for the wedding guests at a pub.
The wedding was said to be attended by a very select gathering that did not even include Piers’ colleagues at the show ‘Britain’s Got Talent’. The other judges of the show – Amanda Holden and Simon Cowell were not present at the wedding.
However later Amanda Holden talked about her colleague’s wedding on the popular social networking and micro blogging site Twitter and tweeted that, “Piers got married today. I could not be happier for my lovely friend.”
Piers Morgan has been married in the past to Marion Shalloe, and he also has three sons with her.
He used to be the editor of the Daily Mirror, once upon a time but he was given the pink slip there. After that he has managed to create his own niche in the TV industry, with many shows such as Britain’s Got Talent, where he is a judge. Apart from that he also has his own travel show and a chat show called Piers Morgan’s Life Stories.
