Dec. 29, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Bristol Palin, the daughter of eminent Republican politician Sarah Palin, has come to the news after filing legal case against Levi Johnston, father of her son Tripp. Though Sarah Palin has earlier asked the media to stay away from the personal issues of her family members, it appears that the curiosity of people about the custody battle of Bristol Palin’s son Tripp, has once again turned the spotlight toward them.

According to the reports, Bristol Palin has secretly filed custody battle of Tripp, against Levi Johnston. It has been reported that she has sued him and wants the complete custody of their son, who is now one year old. Reports state that Bristol Palin has also demanded child support from her ex-boyfriend. She has stated that Levi Johnston, has only exercised some, “sporadic visitation rights” and so she does not want to share the legal custody of Tripp with him. However, her ex-boyfriend has rejected such claims and is battling for the shared custody of his son.

It has been reported that Bristol Palin urged to keep the custody battle between them secret but the judge has overruled her request and the case has been made public. The reports related to the case states that Levi Johnston objected the closed proceeding appeal of Bristol Palin as he considered Sarah Palin, would interfere in the matter and make things difficult for him. He said that it would be difficult for him to argue against Sarah Palin in a closed proceeding and considers that Sarah Palin would not interfere in the proceedings if it remains public.
