Aug 31, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Bristol Palin is finally venturing into the world of reality television following the footsteps of her mother Sarah Palin as well as her former fiancee Levi Johnston. The daughter of the former U.S. vice-presidential nominee was one of the celebrities whose names was announced last night on ABC as the star cast of the upcoming season 11 of “Dancing with the Stars.” The 19-year-old teenage mother would be seen working really hard to impress the judges with her dancing talents in the episodes of the forthcoming edition of the hit ABC reality series.

Last night’s announcement by hosts Tom Bergeron and Brooke Burke that Bristol Palin is indeed one of the celebrity contestants who is going to vie for the disco-ball trophy finally brings to an end weeks of speculations which predicted that the teenage daughter of the Republican leader is going to make her debut in reality television. When host Brooke Burke asked her what her mother thinks about her stint on “Dancing with the Stars,” Bristol Palin revealed that her mother is excited about it although she knows that the show calls for a lot of hard work.

However, Bristol Palin’s decision to appear in reality television does not come as a bolt from the blue as her mother Sarah Palin who is all set to star in a reality show on TLC which would premiere in November later this year. At the same time, her ex fiancee Levi Johnston would be featured in a reality series showing his run for the mayor of Wasilla, Alaska.
