McFadden, 30, was travelling on a Virgin flight in business class with friend and fellow Australia’s Got Talent judge Kyle Sandilands.

McFadden was questioned when the plane landed, and an Australian Federal Police (AFP) spokeswoman said police had spoken to two men when the plane landed in Sydney.
While airline staff had requested the men be spoken to by police, no formal complaint was made and as a result the men were released without being charged and no further action would be taken she said.
McFadden has denied smoking on the plane, telling Channel Nine he doesn’t smoke.
“I don’t smoke. Light up a cigarette on the plane? That’s illegal,” News.com.au quoted him as saying. (ANI)
