Brett Dennen New York City, Dec 22 (THAINDIAN NEWS) It is quite a transformation for a counselor who liked music and played guitar in California. Because now he is the 41st biggest selling album artist of the week. Brett Dennen is a folk/pop-singer and a songwriter as well, who started off, by playing in coffee shops along the West Coast. He landed a record deal in 2006 and since then, there has been no looking back.

His 2006 album ‘So Much More’ was a hit, and in 2008 Rolling Stones magazines honored him when they called him one of the 10 artists to watch out for.

Brett Dennen’s music has even featured in several television shows, like Roadtrip Nation on PBS, Grey’s Anatomy. And he has also appeared live on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno back in April 2008. Brett Dennen has been a part of the Mosaic Project, San Francisco Bay Area base nonprofit, since its inception. When asked about his journey what was his most memorable moment Brett answered “my mum understanding what I’ve been saying all along.” Dennen recently finished tour with John Mayer & Colbie Caillat, he said “Colbie borrowed twenty bucks from me. She never paid me back.”
