Bret Michaels Wins “Celebrity Apprentice 2010″

Bret MichaelsLos Angeles, May 24, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The race is still on for the crown of “Celebrity Apprentice”. Bret Michaels and Holly Robinson Peete are fighting it out in the finals this season. It is already known that the task assigned to the two contestants in the previous episode was to suggest a new flavour for the ‘Snapple’ drink and also prepare a new commercial to promote their new flavour. According to the latest news, Bret Michaels has defeated Holly Robinson Peete in the ‘Snapple’ round.

For the Trop-A-Rocka blend that was suggested by Bret Michaels, he has won the hearts of judges and also carried home the $250,000 prize money for his charity. It is not unknown that the singer is a patient of diabetes, preferring to donate the entire money to the American Diabetes Association. Bret Michaels has been very ill in the recent past after suffering a brain hemorrhage and had also been in hospital, but fortunately doctors allowed him to appear for the final episode of “Celebrity Apprentice”. Actress Holly Robinson Peete on the other hand could not impress the judges with her Compassionberry Tea flavor.

The two hour show on Sunday was a very emotional affair for the judges as well as the audience, considering it was the first stint of Bret Michaels after returning from hospital. Bret Michaels competed with co-contestants Summer Sanders and Daryl Strawberry and Holly Robinson Peete had Curtis Stone and Maria Kanellis on her side. Donald Trump also invited the formerly eliminated contestants to this weekend’s episode, and after a lot of discussions, jokes and performances, it was time to announce the winner. The winner is Bret Michaels as we all know by now and he is also the deserving among the two.
