bret michaels June 1, 2010 (Pen Men at Work): This is an awesome piece of news for the devotees of Bret Michaels. He has communicated that he has been asked whether he would prefer to be the judge on the ‘American Idol’ of 2011. Thereby, he has declared that he is being looked at as a potential judge of American Idol for the 2011 edition.

For those who are wondering about the identity of Bret Michaels, he is the American vocalist, who is broadly recognized as the chief vocalist of the glam metal band, Poison. He also possesses numerous solo albums to his credit and has a considerable base of dedicated endorsement from fans.

He had enacted a victorious reappearance on the stage during the culmination of ‘American Idol’ in the previous week, in which he delivered a rendition of the song, ‘Every Rose Has Its Thorn’, with Casey James.

It has been alleged that Bret Michaels is likely to substitute Simon Cowell in American Idol. Michaels has an excellent track record, which makes him a worthy candidate to be a judge on a reality television show. Michaels was a judge on USA Network’s ‘Nashville Star’. He has had his own reality TV program, ‘Rock of Love’, and had triumphed in this year’s ‘The Celebrity Apprentice.’

Taking into consideration the excruciating last few weeks of his life due to his cerebral hemorrhage, his fans will be thrilled to witness Bret Michaels as a judge on ‘American Idol’ if that happens.
