bret_michaels_miley_cyrus1New York, Mar 8, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Miley Cyrus is making news again. The teen singer had recently called upon the rocker-turned-reality TV star Bret Michaels to join hands with her in recording their upcoming album. Miley Cyrus had approached Bret Michaels to join her in her studio where she was reworking upon the band’s classic “Every Rose Has Its Thorn’. In a way Bret Michaels too got a chance to make Miley Cyrus listen to some of his tracks. Reportedly, Miley Cyrus was impressed by a track called ‘Nothing to lose” and she expressed her desire to work with Bret Michaels on the very song. However, the duet has come under the fire owing to the mature content that it is said to consist.

However, Bret Michaels refuses to accept all that and he dotes on the essence of music over everything. “Nothing to Lose” has quite a few different versions namely; The Solo version, The Acoustic version and the recent iteration with Miley Cyrus.

The much talked about country rock ballad has Miley Cyrus and Bret Michaels singing about a bad romance. Both Miley Cyrus and Bret Michaels claims that they had a wonderful time recording the song together. Miley Cyrus laid emphasis on the passion of music which she thinks is very much alive within both of them. She blames it on the critics because she thinks that the people can’t seem to accept the fact that two outwardly different individuals can actually come together to create music which is charming and appealing at the same time.
