Breakups That Took Hollywood By Surprise This Past Week

The youngest couple on the Hollywood block, Zac Efron & Vanessa Hudgens have decided to split after being together for four years. Although the reason for the breakup has not been stated, reports claim that the two are still in friendly terms and plan to remain committed to their friendship even after separation.
Scarlett Johansson & Ryan Reynolds too have opted for an amicable separation after their two year marriage. Reports in the media suggest that the couple had grown apart because of their work commitments which always kept them busy and in separate places. Some reports also suggest that Scarlett Johansson & Ryan Reynolds actually separated six months ago.
Popular television stars Michael C Hall and Jennifer Carpenter who met and fell in love on the sets of TV series ‘Dexter’ have also called it quits this week, after being married for two years. Not to forget actress Elizabeth Hurley who has announced the end of her marriage to Indian businessman Arun Nayar. Liz Hurley has also been spotted painting the town red with Australian spinner Shane Warne. Whatever be their individual reasons, breakup is the mantra that Hollywood swore by over the past weekend. And we just hope that this is the end of the list this festive season.
