paris Rio De Janeiro, Feb 26 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Brazil’s Secretariat for Women’s Affairs says that Paris Hilton is giving blondes a bad name. They want that a hot beer commercial which stars the hotel heiress to be taken off the air. In the advertisement Paris Hilton is wearing a short black dress, and she is rubbing a can of Devassa beer on her body, and the onlookers who are watching her, are having a great time.

Brazil is known as the land of carnivals and bikini clad models, so by these standards Paris Hilton’s advertisement isn’t that raunchy and explicit, but the Brazilian regulations say that beer commercials can not treat women as overtly sensual objects. “It’s an ad that devalues women - in particular, blond women,” according to a spokeswoman for the Women’s Secretariat. They said that they had received many complaints about the advertisement. “The problem with the ad isn’t a lack of clothing, but its sensual nature,” Eduardo Correia, a spokesman for the regulator Conar said. “A woman in a bikini on a beach isn’t necessarily sensual; it depends on the context.” Regulator Conar says that they have launched 3 different investigation into the ad.
