Brandon Flowers becomes father for third time
April 6th, 2011 - 8:36 am ICT by IANSLondon, April 6 (IANS) American musician Brandon Flowers, frontman of the rock band The Killers, has become a father for the third time after wife Tana gave birth to a boy.
The couple have named the baby Henry. Tana gave birth March 9, his publicist confirmed to People magazine.
They already have two sons, Ammon, 3, and 19-month-old Gunnar, reports contactmusic.com.
Brandon, who released his first solo album “Flamingo” last year, recently expressed his desire to spend more time with his family.
“It’s very difficult being on tour so my family don’t come with me very often. With touring it gets harder with each child, it’s not something you plan for or prepare yourself for, you just got to go out there and figure it out yourself,” he said.
“I love music, but I want to spend more time with my children. I’d like to be around when they start school,” the 29-year-old star said.
