Brandi Glanville Facing Jail for DUI
December 18th, 2010 - 1:11 am ICT by Angela Kaye MasonDec 17 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Brandi Glanville, ex wife of Eddie Cibrian could be facing time in jail after being charged in a DUI arrest which occurred in October, according to TMZ from the District Attorney of the LA County Court.
Glanville and Cibrian split up after he was found to be cheating on her with country singer LeAnn Rimes back in 2009. She was pulled over on October 29 on Sunset Boulevard, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, and driving with a blood alcohol level which was over .08 percent.
The news that LeAnn was cheating with Eddie was broke by UsWeekly in March, when the were both married to other people. They met on the set of ‘Northern Lights’ and were seen being very affectionate at dinner together in LeGuna Beach, California.
If Brandi is convicted of the charges, she could face up to six months’ jail time, and a fine of a thousand bucks. She has two sons, seven year old Mason, and three year old Jake. In a statement concerning the incident she Tweeted, “I messed up. I take full responsibility for my actions. I regret my bad choice, and am thankful to God that no one got hurt. I’m sorry.”
